Important: Arrival Time & Late Policy

All players MUST arrive 15 minutes before your booked session time.

Your session starts sharply at the booked time. Waivers, bathroom breaks, and any preparation must be completed before your session start time.

Any delays WILL result in shorter gameplay.

If your game has not started within 15 minutes after your booked start time, your session WILL BE CANCELLED. No refund or reschedule will be provided for late arrival.
